Exhibiting at the 2023 Conference

Thank you for your interest in exhibiting at our upcoming conference! We truly could not have a conference without your support.

We have limited space in the exhibit hall. If you would like to see if space is still available, please reach out to info@vctm.org.

Two types of booths will be available for the 2023 conference.

Premium booths, featuring an 8-foot table and a premium location in the exhibit hall are available for $800.

Standard booths, featuring a 6-foot table are available for $500.

We welcome the support of small businesses and companies at our conference. We offer a discounted rate for small businesses (companies with 2 or fewer employees) of $250 for a standard booth.

FAQ	Answer
When can we set up the booth?	The exhibit hall will be available to set up your booth from 6 pm to 9 pm on Thursday, March 16, and from 7 am - 8 am on Friday, March 17.
When are the hours for the exhibit hall?	The exhibit hall will be available for conference attendees to visit from 8 am to 6 pm on Friday, March 17, and from 8 am - 11 am on Saturday, March 18.
What is provided in the booth?	A premium booth contains one 12-foot table and 4 chairs. A standard booth contains one 6-foot table and 2 chairs.
What is the expected number of attendees?	We are expecting a minimum of 500 participants and 50 volunteers.
Is there access to electricity and internet?	There is access to both internet and electricity. Exhibitors must bring their own extension cords. Please follow these directions to access wi-fi.
